Things may not be moving as quickly as you like but movement is movement so don’t give up. You got this!
Not everyone has your best interests at heart so, remember that it is their problem and not yours. It is pointless trying to work out what you can change to gain their favour, instead invest your time in ensuring you are surrounding with people that empower you.
You do not need to be involved with everything. Being on the outside is sometimes the best place to be.
To spring forward you need to jump. The landing my be hard but the location will be new!
